Nasal Allergy (Allergic Rhinitis)
Allergic rhinitis occurs when our immune system overreacts to foreign substances like dust, pollen, or animal dander. Symptoms include a group of nasal issues that arise when breathing in or consuming something you are allergic to.
What causes allergic rhinitis?
Histamine release causes symptoms like sneezing and itchy eyes. Common triggers include:
- Grass & Pollen
- Household Dust
- Animal dander
- Mold spores
How to use steroid spray correctly

Wash your hands and clear your nasal passages.

Shake the container and close one nostril.

Insert the nozzle away from the septum and spray straight back.

Sniff in gently and exhale through your mouth.
Caution: One spray per nostril is sufficient. Never give two sprays in one nostril at once.
